Return & Exchange Policy
Return Eligibility
Online orders are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date, except for final sale items.
All sale items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be in original condition
- Not be worn, altered, or washed
- Have all original tags attached
Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box, in its original condition, without any shipping labels attached.
Return Shipping
All returned items must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date. Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued promptly to the original form of payment.
Shipping and duty fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that return packages are securely packed. We are not responsible for delayed or lost return shipments.

In-Store Returns & Exchanges
Online purchases may also be returned or exchanged in-store. A copy of your receipt is required, and all items must meet the same return conditions outlined above.
